Where do you source your tallow from?
Our beef tallow is locally sourced from butchers in our area ๐ our tallow is a by-product of the local meat industry, allowing us to eliminate further waste.
Where do you source your crocodile fat from?
Our crocodile fat is sourced from the crocodile industry. Usually, the extra fat is put into waste, so by our sourcing, we are not only eliminating further waste, but are also allowed to produce amazing products ๐
Are your products completely natural?
Our products are 100% natural. Our scents are from pure essential oils (so you also get the full benefit), and our products come from high quality resources.
What makes your products different?
The short answer: EVERYTHING! Our products are completely natural. Our process in making our products follows extensive research to ensure that as much goodness stays in our products as possible. For us, it is always about quality over quantity. Our ingredients are specifically sought to reflect this, and our continuous research continues to improve packaging and presentation.
Is there a postage fee?
Unfortunately, yes there is. Locals, you are welcome to PM and arrange pickup, but for anyone outside of our local area, we do need to charge you the postage fee. Unfortunately, our business is yet to develop to a stage where we can justify putting postage costs under our own expenses. For orders over $200, we will cover your postage!
Are your products child-friendly?
YES! Customers have loved using our products to ease nappy rashes, bites, skin conditions and generally dry skin in their children. Our products are child-friendly and contain no harsh chemicals, making them perfect for little skin.
Where are you located?
Our little business lives up in the Atherton Tablelands in Far North Queensland. We are located just outside of Malanda. Local pickup has a limit to a 20km radius from Malanda.
Do you deliver Australia wide?
We can absolutely post Australia-wide! Once orders are paid for and confirmed, they are put into the mail straight away. Due to reality, there may sometimes be a delay in receiving your products, but they should be there within 14 business days (at worst!)
Can we customize our own Radiant Skin Bundles?
100% you can. Flick us an email or message and we will work with you to build your own bundles. As you choose what you would like, we will confirm costs (bundles do work out to be cheaper) and wrap them up for you. Donโt forget that we will add in personalized messages for you (send us what you would like it to say) and present it ready to be handed straight to the lucky person!
